Where do you source your materials from and is everything that you make really "handmade"?

Yes! We assemble each bracelet by hand and source from suppliers that align with our ethics.

Where can I buy Mudwater bracelets in my area?

You can buy them worldwide through our website! We are also working on getting into retail spaces all across the United States and by 2020, we plan to be in every major city in America. Subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know when we launch locally in your city.

Are your bracelets safe for children?

We love seeing children standing for a cause bigger than themselves. It truly makes our hearts happy to see a generation for change. We do utilize a glass vial to hold the Mudwater in our bracelets. Though it is very hard to break, we do advise that you do not purposefully break your mudwater vial. Please treat your bracelet with caution.

How soon can I expect my order?

After an order is placed, please allow up 3-4 days for your order to ship unless otherwise stated in our product description. We handcraft each item we send out to guarantee 100% authenticity. This includes creating, bottling, packaging, and shipping.  Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

For U.S. Orders:

  • After shipping, please allow a few days for your order to arrive.

For International Orders:

  • Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually, it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.

Are your products made in the USA?

Do you really donate 10% of all net profit to charity partners?

Yes and we always will. Mudwater is more than just a bracelet. It is a lifestyle, a physical reminder to live life in perspective. Our mission is to humble the hearts of those more fortunate as well as bring clean water to those in water stressed regions.

What is in my Mudwater bracelet?

Though our mission is to provide clean water to those suffering daily in water stressed regions, we cannot reach everyone at once. That being said, we do not take Mudwater directly from these regions as for those who have not yet been reached, this water is sadly there only form of hydration for the time being and we do not wish to make matters worse by sourcing our ingredients for our bracelets from these areas. Our solution to this was to remake our own safe, effective Mudwater filler to serve as a physical reminder of how fortunate we are. Our Mudwater, though it should not be consumed, contains no harmful bacteria and is simply a recreation to serve a purpose.
